FMC Media Services specializes in Nielsen Broadcast Encoding for Television. Currently we encode for TV Access, a leader in non profit PSA distribution with major clients including : The American Red Cross, Mercy Ships, Meals on Wheels, the EPA, Vet Tix, and many other major non profit agencies.
